At 19 years old, Stefano Narducci and his partner Nick Chiarot started Northern Snow in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, a city buried under lake effect snow for nearly six months of the year. At the time, no one was using tractors for residential snow removal. They saw the opportunity and committed fully.
Through late nights, early mornings, and winters cold enough to break most people, they built Northern Snow from a single tractor into a fleet of more than sixty. Today, the company clears over 5,100 residential driveways every winter.
When Stefano began sharing the grind online, people connected with it immediately. The long hours, the work ethic, and the brotherhood behind the business resonated. It was never about showing off. It was about showing up and doing the work.
Over time, the name stuck. People started calling him “The Tractor Boy.”
It is more than a brand. It is a mindset. It represents the people who get up before the sun, the ones who do not call in sick, and the ones who get the job done no matter what.
