Tractor Boys Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window & Condition We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • Must include receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items All of the following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Washed or worn items

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care goods (e.g., grooming products)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

3. Starting a Return To begin, go to https://tractorboys.ca/apps/returns. Do not ship items back without authorization—we reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

4. Return Shipping

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us within 5 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, including shipping fees if applicable.

6. Exchanges For faster service, return the item as described above and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.

7. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us using our support agent.

8. EU Customers If shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return your order for any reason. Item must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with proof of purchase. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

9. Legal & Compliance Notes

  • This policy complies with Canadian and U.S. consumer protection laws.

  • All return terms are binding once published.
