OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM FROM META ("SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S)").

The "2026 Sea-Doo Spark Trixx & $10,000 CAD Cash!" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is intended for legal residents of the United States of America ("USA") and Canada and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law, Canadian law, and applicable state/province law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a USA or Canada resident or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.

SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by 16817947 Canada Inc., 1092 Great Northern Rd. Unit #2, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario P6B-0B6 (the "Sponsor") and administered by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., 300 State St. Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614 (the "Administrator"). ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA or Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state/province of residence at the time of entry (the "Entrants"). The Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrant who is deemed the Winner (as defined below)).

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 11:30:00 a.m. ET on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Three (3) methods of entry are as follows:

1. Early Access Pop-Up (Free Entry — No Purchase Required) — On July 1, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. ET, Entrants who have registered for early access at tractorboys.ca will receive a password via email or SMS. Entrants may enter that password on the password-protected page at tractorboys.ca to unlock the Website. Upon unlocking the Website, a pop-up will appear prompting the Entrant to submit their first name, last name, email address, and phone number. The first ten (10) Entrants to successfully submit that information will each receive one (1) entry into the $1,000 CAD Instant Prize draw (defined below) and twenty-five (25) entries into the Sea-Doo Grand Prize draw. Submission of the pop-up form constitutes a free entry and no purchase is required. Public access opens at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on July 1, 2026, at which point the pop-up free entry period ends and remaining $1,000 CAD Instant Prize spots, if any, will be considered closed.

2. Online Purchase — During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor's online shop at tractorboys.ca (the "Website") will automatically receive twenty-five (25) entries into the Sea-Doo Grand Prize draw for each one (1) whole dollar spent. The number of entries received will be based on the pre-tax amount of your eligible purchase excluding shipping/handling charges, less any discounts. Online purchases do not qualify for the $1,000 CAD Instant Prize.

NO REFUNDS: All purchases made in connection with this Sweepstakes are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued for any purchase made to gain entries, regardless of whether the Entrant wins or does not win. Purchasing items solely for entry purposes with intent to return them after the Sweepstakes ends is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from any future Tractor Boys sweepstakes.

NOTE: ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ENDS. IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND BANNED FROM ANY FURTHER SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY THE SPONSOR. To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information. Proof of entry information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void.

BONUS ENTRIES: Entrants can obtain bonus entries toward the Sea-Doo Grand Prize draw post-purchase at the Website through any of the following actions:

- Refer a Friend: Entrants can earn bonus entries via the post-entry refer-a-friend feature. Entrants will be given a unique URL address to share with their friends. For every friend that enters the Sweepstakes through the unique URL, the original referrer will receive five hundred (500) additional Sweepstakes entries.

- Instagram: Follow the Sponsor on Instagram through the provided link and receive fifty (50) additional Sweepstakes entries. Limit fifty (50) bonus entries (through this feature) per Entrant.

- YouTube: Visit the Sponsor on YouTube through the provided link and receive fifty (50) additional Sweepstakes entries. Limit fifty (50) bonus entries (through this feature) per Entrant.

- YouTube: Watch the Sponsor's YouTube video through the provided link and receive one hundred (100) additional Sweepstakes entries. Limit one hundred (100) bonus entries (through this feature) per Entrant.

- Facebook: Visit the Sponsor on Facebook through the provided link and receive fifty (50) additional Sweepstakes entries. Limit fifty (50) bonus entries (through this feature) per Entrant.

- Complete Survey: Complete the Sponsor's survey through the provided link and receive fifty (50) additional Sweepstakes entries. Limit fifty (50) bonus entries (through this feature) per Entrant.

3. Via Mail — During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries toward the Sea-Doo Grand Prize draw by legible hand-printing, on a 3" x 5" card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address, and mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to: Tractor Boys Sweepstakes, PO Box 110, Macedon, NY 14502-0110. All entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026, and received by August 6, 2026. Each mail-in entry received will be worth one thousand (1,000) Sweepstakes entries toward the Sea-Doo Grand Prize draw. NOTE: Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Administrator). Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted. No correspondence will be acknowledged; requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. By participating, you consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of your personal information for the administration of this Sweepstakes. All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at tractorboys.ca/policies/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes and providing their email address and other contact information, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

$1,000 CAD INSTANT PRIZES: There are ten (10) Instant Prizes available, each consisting of one (1) $1,000 CAD cash award. Instant Prizes are available exclusively to the first ten (10) Entrants who successfully complete the Early Access Pop-Up entry described above on July 1, 2026 beginning at 11:30 a.m. ET. No purchase is required to claim an Instant Prize. Each qualifying Entrant will be awarded $1,000 CAD, paid via Interac e-Transfer or such other payment method as mutually agreed upon between the Sponsor and the Winner. Instant Prize Winners will be contacted by the Sponsor via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of July 1, 2026. The total approximate retail value of all Instant Prizes combined is $10,000 CAD. Instant Prize Winners are not disqualified from the Sea-Doo Grand Prize draw.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (i) infection by computer virus, bugs, (ii) tampering, unauthorized intervention, (iii) fraud, (iv) technical failures, or (v) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor
