1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

Tractor Boys ("Sponsor") is conducting the Tractor Boys $10,000 CAD Giveaway ("Contest") in connection with its Spring Collection apparel drop. A total prize pool of $10,000 CAD will be distributed as ten (10) prizes of $1,000 CAD each.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 4:30 PM ET on April 3, 2026 ("Early Access Period") and closes at 5:00 PM ET on April 3, 2026 ("Contest Closing Date"). The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeping device. All entries must be received before the Contest Closing Date to be eligible.

4. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to individuals worldwide who, at the time of entry:

• are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, if higher);
• have a valid mailing address; and
• are not employees, directors, officers, agents, or representatives of the Sponsor, or members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household of any such person.

Void where prohibited by law. Entrants are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. The Sponsor makes no representation that the Contest is lawful or appropriate in any particular jurisdiction. Individuals residing in jurisdictions where this Contest is prohibited or requires prior regulatory approval are not eligible to enter.

5. HOW TO ENTER

5.1 Method A — Purchase Entry (Early Access)

Eligible individuals subscribed to the Sponsor's early access email list will receive access to the Shopify store approximately thirty (30) minutes before the public launch. Completing a valid, paid purchase of any product during the Contest Period constitutes one (1) entry.

Limit: one (1) entry per person regardless of the number of purchases made.

5.2 Method B — No Purchase Necessary (Alternative Method of Entry)

To enter without a purchase, visit tractorboys.ca during the Contest Period and complete the online entry form by providing your full name and valid email address.

Limit: one (1) free entry per person. Entries submitted by automated means, scripts, macros, or bots will be void.

Both methods carry equal odds of winning. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. This alternative method of entry is provided in compliance with applicable Canadian contest law.

6. DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION

Upon the close of the Contest Period, the Sponsor will compile a pool of all eligible entries received through both Method A and Method B. Ten (10) potential winners will be selected by random draw from the eligible entry pool, conducted by or under the supervision of the Sponsor.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Based on anticipated participation, estimated odds range from approximately 1 in 50 to 1 in 200, but may be higher or lower depending on actual entry volume.

7. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

As a condition of prize award, each selected potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by telephone, email, or other means at the Sponsor's discretion. This requirement is mandatory under Canadian contest law to distinguish this Contest from an illegal lottery. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. PRIZE DETAILS

Each of the ten (10) winners will receive:

• One (1) prize of $1,000 CAD, delivered via electronic transfer through a method determined by the Sponsor, which may include Wise, Interac e-Transfer, or another electronic payment platform at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Total prize pool: $10,000 CAD.

No cash alternatives, substitutions, or transfers of prizes are permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prize delivery is subject to the terms, conditions, and compliance requirements of the applicable payment platform. The Sponsor is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment platforms.

Prize distribution will occur within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of verification of eligibility, completion of the skill-testing question, and execution of required documentation.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. The Sponsor will make two (2) notification attempts before disqualifying a non-responsive winner. Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

As a condition of prize award, each potential winner may be required to:

• provide government-issued photo identification to verify identity and eligibility;
• complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability ("Declaration") within five (5) business days of receipt; and
• correctly answer the skill-testing question (see Section 7).

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and the eligibility of all potential winners and to disqualify any entrant who has tampered with or abused any aspect of the Contest.

10. PRIZE RETENTION AND ORDER INTEGRITY

For entries submitted via Method A (purchase), the underlying purchase order must remain completed, paid, and not subject to cancellation, refund, or chargeback for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days following the Contest Closing Date ("Retention Period"). If a purchase on which a winning entry is based is subsequently cancelled, refunded, or subject to a chargeback within the Retention Period, the corresponding entry will be void and the prize will be forfeited. An alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Defective or Incorrect Items: Notwithstanding the foregoing, a refund or replacement issued by the Sponsor due to a verified product defect, damage in transit, or incorrect item fulfillment shall not void the prize, provided the entrant contacts the Sponsor at support@tractorboys.ca within five (5) days of delivery and accepts an exchange for the same product where available. A full refund issued on a defective or incorrect item where no exchange is available shall not void the prize, provided the defect is verified by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.

Exchanges: Size exchanges for the same product do not void prize eligibility. Exchanges for a different product style, colour, or item void prize eligibility.

EU Residents: Entrants residing in the European Union who exercise their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal acknowledge that doing so voids their prize eligibility. By entering via Method A, EU residents expressly accept this condition as part of these Contest terms.

11. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND DISQUALIFICATION

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant where, in the Sponsor's sole determination:

• the entry was submitted using automated, mechanical, programmatic, or bot-assisted means;
• the entry involves fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or manipulation of the entry process;
• the entrant has submitted multiple entries beyond the permitted limit;
• the entrant has provided false or inaccurate information;
• the entry or purchase was made for resale or commercial purposes rather than genuine end-consumer use; or
• the entry otherwise violates these Rules or applicable law.

The Sponsor's decisions with respect to disqualification are final and binding.

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in this Contest; (b) acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; or (c) any typographical, technical, or other errors in these Rules or Contest materials.

The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, misdirected, or delayed entries; technical malfunctions; server outages or traffic congestion; or any other error of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or network-related.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify Inc., Wise Payments Limited, or any other third-party platform. Any questions or concerns regarding this Contest must be directed to the Sponsor, not to any third-party platform.

13. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, provincial, and local taxes, duties, levies, and other charges applicable to the receipt of any prize. The Sponsor makes no representation regarding the tax consequences of any prize and recommends that winners seek independent tax advice.

14. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, awarding prizes, and complying with applicable law. Personal information will not be sold to third parties. By entering, entrants consent to such collection and use. For further information, see the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at tractorboys.ca.

15. WINNER LIST

A list of prize winners will be available upon written request to support@tractorboys.ca for thirty (30) days following the Contest Closing Date.

16. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this Contest at any time if, in its sole judgment, the integrity or fairness of the Contest has been or could be compromised by any cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, or tampering.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Rules at its sole discretion. The Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Contest are final and binding.
• This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. It is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• These Rules constitute the entire agreement between each entrant and the Sponsor with respect to this Contest.
• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify Inc., Wise Payments Limited, or any other third-party platform.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Rules and all matters arising out of or relating to this Contest shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
